Today’s Smoothie… Yummy

Ingredients:

Oatmeal
Flax Seeds
Chia Seeds

Apple (core removed and cut into slices)
Strawberries (tops removed)
Spinach
Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
Vanilla Protein Powder
Ice

Directions:
Place the first three ingredients into the blender and turn into a powder.

Add the remaining ingredients and if you have a Blendtec blender use the smoothie button. Enjoy!!!

All ingredients are eyeballed… you add as much or as little as you want.
